Dropped in for lunch today, having never been one before. I really like Pho and seek it out whenever I travel, though this is right around the corner from my office, so I figured I'd try it out. Turns out it's a chain, which I didn't realized until I walked in. I'll say this first; the lady at the counter was really nice, as was the guy that brought out my soup. The menu is a laminated sheet stuck to the counter, and basically just has pictures; I don't even remember seeing prices. Anyway, I ordered beef and meatballs, which is one of my favorites. It comes out in a paper bowl with a very small plate with some sprouts, a wedge of lime, and a few sliced jalapenos. No basil at all. I was pretty disappointed in the flavor, and ended up dumping a lot of hoison sauce and hot sauce in it to try and make it better. There were a few meatballs and three small slices of beef. The noodles were OK. Normally, I'd say "OK" and deal with it, but this small bowl of noodles is $9 and I expect a lot more for that, especially when I've gotten much larger bowls of much more flavorful Pho for less. I doubt I'll go back.

Deliciously pholicious! If you're tiredly carrying shopping bags for your girlfriend and need a relaxing meal, you've got to stop by Pholicious in the mall and have some pho. I found their beef noodle soup meal very relaxing after walking around and shopping all day. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I read previous reviews before stopping by and gave it a shot. In the end I was satisfied walking out. I had the seafood pho, vietnamese coffee with tapioca, egg rolls (must have), and a hoagie to go. I noticed regulars (employees of the mall) stopping by to have lunch and they seem to enjoy it. Being open for a couple months, they will definitely have more regulars of the mall.

Pholicious had a very kind and helpful staff and excellent food. It was the first time I've ever had Pho, but I can say with certainty that I will definitely have it again! Prices are very reasonable. You can get a Sample meal that comes with a regular pho, 2 egg rolls, 1 spring roll, and a drink for 10.99. I tried the chicken pho and it was amazing. I love having the ability to add all the extra ingredients on my own. I also wound up trying a Strawberry smoothie, which was very good. My only complaint was that it did not have the 'bubbles' that were in the picture. I was hoping to taste those. All in all, I highly recommend Pholicious. This was their grand opening in the King of Prussia mall, and they handled my experience very smoothly. I will be back!

I eat pho very often. While i wasnt expecting a broth that has been cooking for 8 hours as normal, i was expecting at least a bowl of decent pho. Apparently my expectations were too high! Yes, i know, it is basically fast food pho, but i still expected better. Broth was very under seasoned and I actually had to add salt, a lot of salt. The noodles were very dry and pasty. The beef was decent, the beef was the only thing that was better than expected. I might eat here again, if there were no other pho places open within and hour drive and i was having a major craving for pho, but i probably wont be back.

I have always enjoyed coming here. The food is always good but my last visit will probably be my last. They changed the employees and the portion has significantly gotten smaller. I was treated very disrespectully last time and am so disappointed. Bring back the nice lady, until then I will be at Chipotle's downstairs.

So back when this place first opened, I noticed the place, noticed it had a couple half decent reviews at the time, and put it on my to try list. Fast forward to yesterday. I'm walking through the mall. I walk past here. I decide this will be the day I try it. I made one error. I did not check here first. I really should have. So, one Sample #2 later, with Meatball Pho, mini egg rolls, and a strawberry mango smoothie later.... Man I really should have listened to you all. The egg rolls were embarrassing. Seriously, I think they should be embarrassed to serve them. Rubbery with absolutely no flavor to speak of, I'd tell you they were like the frozen mini egg rolls from the supermarket box, except I think I could get better out of the supermarket box. The pho, maybe I'll be generous and call it ok. It had enough noodles, but definitely didn't taste authentic. Tasted more like Lipton Instant Pho if there were such a thing. I'll go easy on the smoothie. I finished it so I didn't hate it obviously. The problem here is that people who love pho tend to REALLY love pho. The food has a following. So if you make substandard pho, you're angering a potentially loyal fan base. And that's going to be tough to overcome. I sense problems for this chain.

Decent (not exceptional) Pho, in paper disposable bowls in the food court of a mall and it's a franchise. Yeah, I didn't see that coming either. But in the King of Prussia area this has been the closest, and only place I've found to get my Pho Craving on. Food is good, but no where near the top of my list. If you are in the area give it a go it'll satisfy a craving, if you are passing through and headed elsewhere, I'd pass as there are better Pho joints in the greater Philly area.

I'm no Pho expert, but I do like Asian food and have wanted to try this place. I got the standard #1 Beef Pho, regular portion. The Pho was pretty good (again, not an expert) but what made me bump it up to 4 stars was the quantity!! That is one massive bowl of soup and I got the REGULAR size. See my picture. I left quite filled and glad I got my Pho on. May go back but not sure.

Tried Pholicious for the first time on 7/7. I have had pho before, in the city. I'm no expert, but Pholicious was just as good as the fancy place I had previously tried it. The staff was super friendly and offered advice on what to try. Prices were very reasonable. I had chicken pho, two egg rolls and the most amazing lychee smoothie. All for around $10. I took it to-go, as I work in the mall and had to go back. They packaged it perfectly. All ingredients were in separate containers so nothing got soggy. The broth was super hot and full of flavor. The egg rolls were small, but I was fine with that. I didn't want to fill up on those while I had my pho to eat. I will definitely be eating here regularly. It's nice to have a healthy alternative that is reasonably priced in the mall. Keep up the great work!

Have to say my meal here was better than I thought it would be. I had really low expectations coming here but have to say the flavor of the food was pretty close to authentic. Came here with a group of pho veterans and after getting over the shock of the cost ( more on that later). We settled in and waited for the food. My hoagie was the highlight of the meal was just as good as any other pho place I have been to and if I came back it would be to pick up another hoagie. For pho they offer lots of non traditional options like seafood and stuff. I did not see a deluxe pho with all the beef options. I got the regular beef pho, the broth had flavor, noodles weren't great but I have had worse. Just not enough in the bowl in my opinion. The summer rolls were Ok no pork in them and the wrapping was a little tough I think due to refrigeration. Other observations no mint leaves given with pho order. Price is high compared to city pho restaurants, our meal here was about $20 higher than it would have been in Upper Darby or south philly, but fair based on other lunch and dinner options in and around the mall. The bowls the pho come in are too steep it's hard to get much broth out with the little plastic spoon you get. Pholicious is a pretty good attempt at a pho restaurant in a mall in the burbs just remains to be seen if it will be stuck in between not authentic enough for people who already like pho and not friendly enough to pho rookies. We shall see

Meh. It was ok. Sample 1 was a ton of food. Regular bowl of pho with hardly any noodles. 2 spring rolls, 2 summer rolls and a small soda with nothing but ice. Everything was just below average. Pretty cool that there's the option at the mall but not sure if it'll be part of the lunch rotation. Obviously they must be doing something right to be able to open in multiple malls in the city, good luck to them.

I loved the Vege Pho and tofu mint summer rolls. Food is fresh and tasty. I do not like rice noodles however Pholicious have made me a fan of theirs. Price for a mall is reasonable. Better than food court in mall.it came steaming hot just like home.

I really like pho! I was happy to see this place in the mall. Their spring rolls are excellent, and their pho is solid.

Read all these yelp reviews whilst waiting for my beef pho to come up that I was trying here for the first time. My excitement for this place quickly dwindled as I set my expectations low based upon the reviews. Now, I know good pho as 1. I'm obsessed with it 2. I've had it at many different places, and found not so good pho, and 3. I've had it prepared one time by someone who really knows how to make pho traditionally. So, there it went...I took my first bite: amazing. Wonderfully flavored broth...not salty nor bland like many of the reviews state. Huge portion for nine bucks. Plenty of noodles, broth, basil, onions, and a decent portion of meat. My only complaint is that I wish they put more jalapenos in the bag (but I'm not the normal person...I like a LOT of jalapenos. I highly recommend this place for pho.

Let's just begin with a compliment on this innovative idea of PHO as fast food. I was skeptical at first because I thought this would be like an instant noodle type of pho; however, to my surprise, this pho actually tasted decent. The broth was pretty flavorful and had decent amount of beef in it. I also ordered their Thai tea which I found a little too sweet for my taste. Overall, not too bad.

I'm from California, so you could say I have pretty high expectations for my Viet food, and unfortunately Pholicious didn't quite meet them. The food was pretty overpriced, considering how small the portions were. Boba was $4.50 each for both Thai tea and green tea (which was more like an iced green tea latte). The boba didn't have much flavor or chewiness. The spring rolls were pretty good, but were wrapped in plastic wrap for some reason(?) which makes me wonder if they were premade. The peanut sauce it comes with is solid though. The pho broth is decent, but the portions are just so small! I ordered the seafood pho ($7.99) and I literally got like 3 shrimps and a few fish balls. I barely got any noodles, and after finishing it I found myself still hungry. My boyfriend got beef pho ($6.99) and only got a few pieces of beef, and he said the same thing. We ended up spending $33, but I would much rather go somewhere more filling for that price.

So I enjoyed the springrolls I ate here. For a mall, how much can you expect? I didn't try any of the Pho or Smoothies, but I'm sure they are decent for KOP. The prices are average, and they have an large, and somewhat odd amount of seating for its location. I'd have to give them three stars because they seem to be quite unorganized here. Boxes are sitting in the common space as you make your way down a corridor to the bathroom. Also, the workers seem to be running around the store as if they don't know what to do next. The teller asked me the number of my order, to which I was never told, as if I actually knew it... If they could get their act together and seem like an organized business they would definitely receive a higher review.

someone recommended this place so me and my children went this past Sunday. The cashier was welcoming and nice. I got the fish ball pho deal with a spring roll and drink that cost $11 the fish ball had NO TASTE and the Broth was not great. Not flavorful at all. My daughter said the best thing was their spring roll. Even their soda wasn't good. For a quick meal if you are really hungry it would work but don't expect much. I will stick with Crabby Café for my Pho.

I wish that I would've read the reviews before eating here. The pho was of substandard quality. The pho tasted like it was made from an instant pho soup packet and the noodles were overcooked. I ordered the pho beef soup. It came with 2 small thin slices of beef for $8.99- way over priced! The "large" size was a tiny bit larger than the regular bowl, but was $2 more. Furthermore, the large didn't have more noodles not beef than the regular, but just more broth. The boba tea was also terrible- the bobas were overcooked, as well. Don't waste your money coming here!

Ridiculously small bowl of pho for 6 bucks. Scallions were old almost brownish in color. Soup was just ok.. 2 pieces of meat.. One person working the counter while 2 others were on break. We had aslo ordered a hoagie which we got about 15 mins after the pho bc the guy making it kept stopping to take orders. Sorry pholicious. More like phodiculous

For a mall pho place this is great so that's why the 5 stars, can't say the "broth bucket" is appealing but I wouldn't wanna be the guy to take out a trash can of soup! Lol

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in the mall. The Pho was flavorful and authentic. However, my last few visits have been increasingly disappointing. First they almost never have enough coconut juice thawed for the day. Then, the Pho Tai (I think they call it a more generic beef pho), which should have thinly sliced beef was being served with some sort of minced/shredded beef instead. I was only given the correct meat after very specifically describing it, then suddenly, they located it. Finally, fresh basil is a key ingredient in any good Pho. Today, I was informed that they have some "inventory problems" so no one had ordered any basil. On top of that, i was told they don't carry coconut juice (the pair today acted like they'd need heard of such a drink)... Any baseball fan knows... Three strikes and your out! This locations seems to be Fayed to have the same demise as the countless other venues that have been in this space only to be shut down. Too bad, they really had promise.

This is probably as awful as "pho" could get. The broth was thin and the noodles were unappetizing because there was not much meat or garnishings. The portion size was TINY for their large order. The prices were astronomical for what you were getting. The decor was dated and it felt bleak. I hope they find some new direction soon.

Great and awesome service! And great food! Usually in mall cafeteria it is usually Chinese, burgers, wrap bars and salad bars, but finally something different to have for lunch if your a mall employee! :D

Over priced, but that is expected considering that it's located within a shopping mall. Didn't get to try the pho, but please be cautious if ordering boba. We ordered 2 Thai teas with boba and 1 milk tea with boba. They made the Thai teas quickly, but seemed to be clueless as to how to make the milk tea. The 3 staff members seemed confused and had to figure out which ingredients to use. When we finally got our drinks 10 minutes later (we were the only customers at the time), the boba was terrible. I have never ever had boba that nasty. The texture was like play-doe. We told the staff that the boba tasted very strange and he said "like how, chewy?" Well, it's supposed to be chewy so we wouldn't have told you if it was! He asked me to spit it out so that he can see it. He pressed on it and told his staff to throw away that batch. They then offered to make us 3 new drinks on the menu, but when I asked for one of the drinks, they said "how about we just give you 3 new Thai teas or iced coffees?" Why did you offer us a choice of other drinks if you're going to dictate what you'll to give us? Anyway, we just took what they gave us because we definitely spent way too much time and money for a cup of boba... I don't understand how you can market a product and charge your customers, and not know how to make something correctly (and offer to remake them anything on the menu at the same price and immediately restrict it to 2 items)..

I wanted to try this because of the fun name but was disappointed. I understand it was at the mall but I still expected a little more. Why is it so hard to find a good pho spot in pa? I guess I'll stick to driving to va when I'm not in the mood to cook.

Food was great. I don't normally like soup but Pho is so much more. This was a fantastic meal. The staff was very helpful; especially Phuong.

I hate to say it but for the price that they charge for Viet hoagies I can get 2 in south philly can it would taste so much then this place. Then again this is only my opinion. I have friend who actually like their Viet hoagies

Nice staff, bad pho. Expensive pho with a bland taste. Want better pho? Get it any pho area in Philadelphia. Cheaper and better.

This was not Pholicious to me. I am a fan of Pho and this one did not hit the mark for me. The food was below average, the décor was also not that updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my pho and meet were bland and did not have the taste profiles that I love in a good pho.

Food is delicious, healthy and the service is great. Can't go wrong with the chicken or beef noodle bowl. Also the Thai Tea is the best drink here! Keep up the good work Pho

I personally love pho and like to visit various pho restaurants. This place.. I cannot tolerate!! Noodle is not fresh, it tastes like it is either over cooked or boiled it a day before. Few visible cilantros in the soup and few bean sprouts..

Seriously, this location has come a long way! I've started going to Pholicious since it opened in the KOP mall and the paper bowls and plastic spoons were a turn off. The pho was okay as well and needed improvement. They've taken their customers advice and made it a true dine in restaurant. There are real bowls and utensils, as well as condiments. The beef broth (which is the only one I've tried) has really improved and I really enjoy it compared to other pho restaurants. I do recommend giving them a try. Once I try the other dishes, I will provide an update.

This is the first time I've tried a Vietnamese restaurant, and it wasn't an awful experience. The pho was tasty to me, even though it looks like from other reviews, it's not the best. I also got spring rolls that were good. Not the best I've had but they were still pretty good. Maybe because I have nothing to compare it to, but I thought the food all around was pretty good. The staff was friendly and attentive. I think I will have to try another Vietnamese spot and then come back, but I would still come back here again either way.

Friendly service. They are quick and the foods delicious! Makes it easy for a quick lunch break. Food looks amazing too.

After reading some of these other reviews you might think that this is the worst Vietnamese restaurant ever. That is not the case though. I ordered a beef pho soup and a honeydew smoothie which were both very good. The smoothie was not restaurant made, but was still very delicious. To the people complaining about paper bowls for the soup, it's gone. My beef pho soup was served in a regular large plastic bowl just like any other Vietnamese restaurant. It tasted on par with other Vietnamese restaurants I have been to. Overall this is a great place to eat. I would come back again and try the Bahn Mí (Vietnamese hoagie).
